Welcome to the new blog page for the City of Brooks Mayor, Martin Shields. Mayor Shields was first elected to municipal council in October 2004 and he served 3 years as a Councillor before running for the post of Mayor.  In October 2007 he was elected to his first term and in October 2010 he was elected for a second three year term.
